Jon Bathgate is an investor at NZS Capital, LLC since 2020. Jon was most recently a research analyst and co-head of the technology sector team at Janus Henderson in Denver. ANDREW FORMICA
Andrew Formica is a board member of NZS Capital, LLC. Andrew is the Executive Chair of Magellan Financial Group. Andrew has 30 years’ experience in leading and growing investment businesses within the funds management industry globally, 14 years of which were as CEO. Most recently, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Jupiter Asset Management plc, where he served from March 2019 to September 2022. Prior to this, Andrew was Co-CEO of Janus Henderson Group plc, and prior was the Chief Executive and a Board member of Henderson Group plc (“Henderson”) from 2008 before the merger with Janus Capital in 2017.
JOE FURMANSKI
Joe Furmanski is an investor at NZS Capital, LLC since 2020. Joe began his investing career at Janus Henderson in 2006 and joined the technology and communications sector teams as a research analyst in 2017. He has received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska as well as an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels School of Business.

Jim Goff is a Senior Advisor to NZS Capital, LLC since 2019. Jim was previously Director of Research for Janus Henderson in Denver from 2002 until 2014. Prior to that Jim held various roles including portfolio manager and analyst at Janus Henderson beginning in 1988. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with distinction, from Yale University.
BRINTON JOHNS
Brinton is a co-founder and investor at NZS Capital, LLC. Brinton started in the investment industry at Janus Henderson in 2000 in retail client support before becoming a research associate in 2003. Brinton became a research analyst in 2006 and later became leader of the global technology sector team and co-portfolio manager of the Janus Henderson Global Technology and Innovation Strategies with Brad until June 2017. Brinton has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Texas Arlington and a Master of Arts in Biblical/Christian Studies from the Denver Seminary.
Brett Larson
Brett Larson is an investor at NZS Capital, LLC since 2023. Most recently Brett was a research analyst on the Industrials sector team at Janus Henderson in Denver. Tracy pike
Tracy Pike is the Chief Operating Officer of NZS Capital, LLC since 2021. Tracy was previously Head of Investment Oversight at the US division of Jupiter Asset Management. Prior to that Tracy spent five years as head of sub-advisor oversight at Charles Schwab following four years as a product manager at Janus Henderson. Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. Tracy is a CFA® charterholder.
ADAM SCHOR
Adam Schor is President and Chief Risk Officer of NZS Capital, LLC since 2019. Adam worked for 11 years at Janus Henderson in Denver, where he was Director of Global Equity Strategies. Prior to Janus Henderson, he spent 10 years at the boutique investment firm Bee & Associates starting in 1997, where he was Chief Investment Officer. From 1993 to 1997, Adam was an analyst and portfolio manager at Harris and Associates. Adam received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and his Masters in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business. Adam is a CFA® charterholder.
BRAD SLINGERLEND
Brad is a co-founder and investor at NZS Capital, LLC. Previously Brad was the portfolio manager of the Janus Henderson Global Technology and Innovation Strategies (ticker: JAGTX) from May 2011 to November 2018. Prior to that he held various roles as an analyst, sector team leader, and portfolio manager at Janus Henderson Investors for most of the period starting as a summer intern in 1998 up until the end of 2018. Brad graduated from Williams College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Astrophysics. Brad is a CFA® charterholder.
